Ticket Policies

Seating Policy
All patrons, regardless of age, must have a Bach Charlotte-issued ticket or pass to enter the performance venue.

Refund Policy
All ticket sales from Bach Charlotte are final. No refunds will be issued unless a performance does not take place.

Public Health Guidance
Bach Charlotte follows federal and state guidelines related to public health issues. If we should enact more stringent requirements to ensure the safety of our patrons and our musicians, notices will be posted on our web site and on our social media channels.

For the protection of all patrons, musicians, and staff, ticket purchasers indicate their agreement to the above safety policies upon purchase and is transferable to the ticket holder.

Cameras, Phone Cameras, and Recording Devices
No photos or recordings, video or audio, may be taken during a performance.

Disruptions
Bach Charlotte reserves the right to remove any disruptive audience member from the performance venue.

Families & Children
Bach Charlotte is committed to making classical music as welcoming and accessible as possible. We also have a responsibility to ensure that all patrons—regardless of age—can enjoy the performance without distraction. While we do encourage families to attend, for the best concert experience, we recommend age 6 and up. This guidance is based on our desire to preserve the immersive and respectful environment that our audiences expect and deserve. 

Venues
Bach Charlotte does not own or lease any of the venues in which we perform. Individual venues may have their own policies and restrictions.

Backpacks/oversized purses
Banners, leaflets, posters, flags
Video/audio recording devices
Professional cameras with detachable lenses
Laptops, ipads, tablets
Outside food and/or beverages

Photography, Audio, Video Consent
By entering a Bach Charlotte event, you are entering an area where photography, audio and video recording may occur. Your entry and presence on above mentioned premises constitutes your consent to be photographed, filmed, and/or otherwise recorded and to the release, publication, exhibition, or reproduction of any and all recorded media of your appearance, voice, and name for any purpose whatsoever in perpetuity in connection with Bach Charlotte and its initiatives, including, by way of example only, use on websites, in social media, news, and advertising.

By entering, you waive and release any claims you may have related to the use of recorded media of you at the event, including, without limitation, any right to inspect or approve the photo, video or audio recording of you, any claims for invasion of privacy, violation of the right of publicity, defamation, and copyright infringement or for any fees for use of such record media. You understand that all photography, filming and/or recording will be done in reliance on this consent. If you do not agree to the foregoing, please do not enter.
