Ticket Policies and COVID-19 Protocols

(Updated March 25, 2022)

We are extremely excited to return to live performance of the inspiring music of J.S. Bach and hope you will join us for our upcoming concerts beginning in April. Bach Akademie Charlotte is committed to the health and safety of our patrons, musicians, and staff and we will continue to work in coordination with our venues to develop safety procedures based on the best available information. With the decline of COVID-19 cases in our area, the present safety protocols are as follows:

Face Masks are optional at this time. In the spirit of community, all patrons are strongly encouraged to wear facemasks at all times while inside our performance venues, regardless of vaccination status.

Volunteers, and administrative staff are required to wear facemasks at all times.

Providing proof of vaccination or of a negative COVID test are not required to attend Bach Akademie Charlotte performances at this time. We strongly suggest that all patrons be vaccinated and boosted.

Exchanges, donations and refunds
We appreciate you prioritizing your health and the health of your fellow audience members and request that you stay home if you are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms, have been diagnosed with COVID-19 within the past 14 days, or have had close contact with someone diagnosed with COVID-19. In these cases you may exchange your tickets, donate tickets back, or receive a refund as long as the request is made before the performance start time.

For the protection of all patrons, musicians, and staff, ticket purchasers indicate their agreement to the above safety policies upon purchase and is transferable to the ticket holder.
