WinterFest Update

Due to winter weather and out of an abundance of care for the safety of our artists, audiences, and partners, Bach Charlotte has made the difficult decision to postpone the final WinterFest concerts originally scheduled for this weekend.

We are pleased to share what comes next.

On Saturday, May 30, Bach Charlotte will present Vivaldi’s Gloria—a joyful and celebratory work that remains one of the most loved choral pieces ever written. This performance marks the first time Bach Charlotte has presented Gloria and will be paired with favorite choruses from Handel’s Messiah and other beloved works.

Looking ahead, Lester Ackerman’s organ recital will take place on Sunday, June 7, presented as a special program extending the Charlotte Bach Festival and offering an early bridge into the festival season to come.

Bach Charlotte is honoring all commitments to our WinterFest artists, reflecting our belief in standing by the musicians who bring this music to life and our long-term investment in artistic excellence.

Festival passes for the 2026 Charlotte Bach Festival will go on sale February 16, with single tickets available shortly thereafter. For questions in the meantime, please contact

info(at)bacharlotte.com

Thank you for your continued support of Bach Charlotte and for the care you show our artists, our audiences, and our shared musical community. We look forward to welcoming you soon.
