Ambassador Program
Student Ambassador Program
Bach Akademie Charlotte's Student Ambassador program is an opportunity for young musicians to engage with a professional arts organization, its leaders, and musicians. Successful applicants will demonstrate a commitment to the arts and a desire to pursue real world experience.
Ambassadors will learn from professional musicians and arts administrators in guided conversation, workshops, and in cooperating on the production of Bach Akademie Charlotte concerts. Ambassadors will experience all on-site aspects of professional concert production, with attention to connecting “front” and “back” of house to the music and the broader engagement of the arts in our Charlotte community.
Schedule
Students who are selected for the ambassador program will be required to attend the following:

| 4:00 pm–4:30 pm | 0pen rehearsal observation (Handel) |
| 4:30 pm–5:00 pm | Walk through |
| 5:00 pm–6:00 pm | Dinner (provided) and planning session |
| 6:00 pm-6:30 pm | Rehearsal observation (Bach Cantata 51) |
| Saturday, October 1 | Myers Park Presbyterian Church 2501 Oxford Place, Charlotte, NC 28207 |
| 6:00 pm–7:30 pm | Arrival and set up |
| 7:30 pm | Concert |
Students who are selected for the ambassador program are asked to wear their ‘Sunday best’ for the First in Flight concert on October 1st
